Chalet Toda was built in 1997 by Evi and Gotthard Strolz.

The heart of the house is the old "Stube" from the 18th century, which was carefully removed from a dilapidated farmhouse and reinstalled in Lech. Chalet Toda was literally planned around this existing room. Austria is famous for careful carpentry work. At that time, like today.
