And of course we serve the classics. We love Chartreuse and Port wine. Burgundy and Champagne anyway. And if the pace in the kitchen allows it, we serve small dishes from our restaurant directly to the bar.
We offer special wines from our wine import in the bar at truly moderate prices because we want to give sommeliers and wine lovers the opportunity to discover some of the treasures of Burgundy and Champagne.
After making a reservation there, you can also eat from the entire restaurant menu at the table at the open fire place - a little away from the hustle and bustle.
Our fireplace is always crackling. So it's worth visiting us. It's pretty perfect here.

WINE AS A PASSION
Wine is very important in our restaurant and bar.
With over 5,000 selected items, our wine list also offers rarities dating back to the 1920s and was voted the best wine list in Austria by Falstaff magazine a few years ago.
Our employees and Peter Strolz, aka "Fux", are well trained and will be happy to advise you on our selection of wines. We find something for every dish, every taste and every mood. Of course there is also a broad range of wines by the glass.
