The Fux Restaurant opened in 1998. Since then, we have stood for an urban ambience and an innovative kitchen concept. We are dedicated to Euro-Asian cuisine. This offers a wide field for creative cooks: curries, tandoori, wok dishes, dim sum, gyozas, Japanese influences, ... The red line for us is the Urals: we look to the areas east of them. We gladly also throw in the oriental spices of Israel in the pot. Our signature is and remains the sushi world. We love creative Maki. 
What is European about it? Where we can, we work with regional products. We like to add exotic or hot spices, but always moderately.

Our wine list is one of the most extraordinary in Austria. We love champagne and burgundy. There is a lot to learn and a lot to try. We greatly appreciate interest in this topic among our service employees.  

Our cocktail menu is small but nice. Our bar is cozy and you can eat snacks there. Our bartender leaves the first impression to the oncoming guest.  

We love flat hierarchies and a friendly working atmosphere. Every employee is important and valuable. 
The love of gastronomy and the desire to learn new things are very important in our team.

We take our job seriously and that's exactly why we have a lot of fun doing it.
