Champagne Jules Brochet
Écueil
Jules Brochet is the quiet heir to a large family of winemakers—and one of the most exciting young winemakers in the Petite Montagne de Reims. He combines traditional methods with a new clarity.
His approximately 6 hectares are located near Écueil, some of which are Grand Cru vineyards. He works in harmony with nature, with minimal intervention. The wines ferment spontaneously, age in oak, and are bottled without dosage. At the beginning of his career, Jules worked with Anselm Selosse, among others, which noticeably influences his style today.
There is still little international critical acclaim, but his wines are considered a hidden gem among sommeliers—for example, the "Soléra" cuvée, a blend of several vintages.
Jules Brochet is still a quiet figure—but his wines already speak with impressive clarity. A star is born!
