Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau is one of Meursault's most discreet masters – and therein lies his magic. His wines are not a spectacle, but a quiet revelation.


He cultivates around 10 hectares, including top vineyards such as Les Perrières and Les Genevrières. He has been farming organically since 2008 – without a label, but with unwavering commitment. His vinification is classic: spontaneous fermentation, extended lees aging, and subtle use of oak.


Critics like Jasper Morris and Antonio Galloni praise the "crystalline purity" and "straightforward elegance" of his best wines. Even his entry-level Bourgogne Blanc is served in top restaurants.
