Champagne Pascal Agrapart & Fils
Avize
Pascal Agrapart is one of the quiet revolutionaries of Champagne – his biodynamically cultivated Grand Cru parcels in Avize, Oger, and Cramant produce some of the most fascinating Blanc de Blancs year after year. For several years now, Pascal's son Ambroise has been handling the winemaking.
Since the 1990s, Agrapart has vinified his base wines in oak, spontaneously, without fining or filtration. His parcels are vinified individually, often separated by location and soil type. The cuvées "Terroirs," "Avizoise," and "Minéral" are studies in precision and origin.
Peter Liem ranks him among the five best winemakers in Champagne, and many sommeliers refer to Agrapart as the "Burgundy of Champagne producers."
“A vineyard cannot lie. You just have to listen.” – Pascal Agrapart (Terres & Vins de Champagne, 2020)
Agrapart stands for depth without heaviness, texture without richness – and for quiet wonder in the glass.
